CONSERVATION TRAINING FOR TEAMS
WHO IS OUR TEAM TRAINING FOR?
Our team training is suitable for all conservation teams, irrespective of their size, focus, experience, or location.

We understand that each conservation team is different. Each team is made up of people with different roles, personalities, and expertise. The focus of their conservation work will be different, the organisation they work for will be different, and their cultural context will all be different. All those differences are what make each conservation team special and enables them to create unique solutions and partnerships that help achieve their conservation goals.

That is why our training does not tell teams what kind of conservation work they should do - they already know that. Instead, our training has been designed to empower each conservation team so that they can increase their effectiveness and impact in whatever situation they are working in. For example, our team training could empower a 100 strong conservation team working on managing protected areas, or a 4 strong conservation team working on reducing wildlife crime.

We can also provide training either online or in person to best suit your needs.

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT FOR WILDLIFE CONSERVATION
Delve into the stakeholder engagement approach, vital for the success of any conservation project. This course teaches you how to effectively involve, build relationships with, and communicate with various stakeholders, a skill that enhances and informs all other aspects of conservation work, particularly project planning, monitoring and evaluation, and grant writing.
PROJECT PLANNING FOR WILDLIFE CONSERVATION
This course focuses on the approach of strategic project planning. It builds on the understanding and insights gained from stakeholders, guiding you in devising effective, evidence-based conservation strategies that are developed and supported together with key actors. The skills acquired are essential for creating a plan that provides a structure for overlaying a monitoring and evaluation approach.
MONITORING AND EVALUATION FOR WILDLIFE CONSERVATION
Explore the approach of monitoring and evaluation, key to assessing the success of conservation projects. This course helps you understand how to effectively measure the direct and indirect impact of a conservation project. This provides the essential feedback loop needed to help refine strategies and show, in grant applications, how a project will deliver a measurable change.
GRANT WRITING FOR WILDLIFE CONSERVATION
The grant writing approach is the focus of this course. It capitalises on the knowledge and data acquired through stakeholder engagement, project planning, and monitoring and evaluation. This course teaches you how to articulate your project's success and needs effectively, securing necessary funding for ongoing and future conservation efforts.

ONLINE TEAM TRAINING
Online team training is the most cost-effective and easy to arrange way to skill up your team. This option also provides your team with networking opportunities with other conservationists around the world.

WHAT WILL THE ONLINE TEAM TRAINING COST?
£220/person/course.
HOW CAN YOU ARRANGE ONLINE TEAM TRAINING?
If you want to take this option all you have to do is email hello@wildteam.org.uk with the names and emails of the staff you want to enroll, together with the name of the upcoming conservation course(s) they want to take. We then send you an invoice and enroll all your staff on payment. Please also get in touch if you need our online trainingn for your team but can't afford it - we will do everything we can to help.
IN PERSON TEAM TRAINING
In person team training is the most convenient because we deliver it at your place of work and provides the richest learning experience for your team.

WHAT WILL THE IN PERSON TEAM TRAINING COST?
If you are able to supply a space for the training, then the normal cost for online team training is £5,400/course + transport and accommodation costs.
